At 2,147 square feet — combining 830 square feet of interior space with a 1,317 square-foot terrace — it is the largest, most audacious accommodation in the fleet. A private hot tub on the terrace. And a position at the very bow of the ship that delivers forward-facing ocean views from virtually every surface in the suite.

The Space
The Massive Suite occupies the most forward position on Deck 15, directly beneath Richard’s Rooftop. The interior divides into a master sleeping area with a European king bed facing the ocean, a separate music room (which also serves as a second sleeping space), a marble bathroom with a bathtub — the only one in the entire Virgin Voyages fleet — and a vast living and entertaining area.
The terrace is, as one reviewer noted, possibly the largest private balcony space on any cruise ship in the world. Two hammocks. A hot tub. Multiple seating configurations. Table and chair sets. The full width of the bow at your disposal.
The music room features four branded electric guitars mounted on the walls. They are real instruments, not decorative. Whether they get played is a question of guest talent and neighbor tolerance.

The Honest Tradeoffs
The Massive Suite’s bow position means Richard’s Rooftop — technically just above the suite — can partially overlook the forward terrace. Privacy on the terrace is something to be aware of, particularly during Richard’s Rooftop operating hours. The bed does not face the sea in the standard configuration, which surprises some guests given the suite’s premium positioning. And the sheer scale of the space means meaningful walking distances between different areas of the suite itself.
These are minor points against a backdrop of extraordinary luxury. The Massive Suite is genuinely exceptional. But the World of Cruising review that noted the layout could have been better executed was honest — the outside space is extraordinary; the inside layout has room for improvement.
