Virgin Voyages Cabin Finder

Compare every Virgin Voyages cabin category side by side and find the one that actually matches how you sail.

Virgin Voyages has four main cabin categories, and each one is right for a different kind of Sailor. The Cabin Finder on this page walks you through the differences and tells you which to book based on your travel style, budget, and what you actually want from your room.

The four cabin categories

  • Insider Cabin — windowless interior, smallest footprint, lowest price.
  • Sea Terrace — the standard balcony cabin and VV's bestseller. Includes the iconic red hammock, a built-in seating nook, and floor-to-ceiling windows. Around 225 sq ft plus 50 sq ft balcony.
  • Sea Terrace XL — bigger version with extra living space and often a larger balcony. Worth the upgrade for longer sailings.
  • RockStar Suite — the suite tier (Cheeky Corner, Brilliant, Massive, Mega RockStar). Includes Richard's Rooftop access, dedicated Rockstar Agent service, premium liquor minibar, and pickup in port.

About that red hammock

The red hammock on the Sea Terrace balcony is the single most photographed feature on the ship. It is real, it works, and the midship cabins have the most relaxing hammocks (less wind than fore or aft).

How The Band works

Every Sailor gets a Band — a silicone wristband that opens your cabin door, charges to your folio, and gets you into events. Waterproof. No keys, no wallet on the ship.
