About This Tool

Virgin Voyages Price Tracker

Catch price drops on the sailing you have your eye on and learn the timing tricks that save real money.

Virgin Voyages prices fluctuate constantly. A cabin that costs ,800 per person today might drop to ,400 next week, then jump to $2,200 the week after as inventory tightens. The Price Tracker monitors the sailings you care about and shows you when fares move.

How VV pricing actually works

VV uses dynamic pricing. Prices are highest when inventory is fresh, drop as the sailing window opens up if cabins are not booking fast enough, then climb in the final 60 days. The cheapest moment to book is usually 4 to 8 months out, during a promotion window.

When to book

  • Wave Season (Jan–Mar) — biggest promotional window of the year
  • Black Friday / Cyber Monday — VV almost always runs a flash promo
  • New itinerary launches — first wave of cabins sometimes priced aggressively

How Sailor Loot stacks

Sailor Loot is VV's onboard credit currency. When you book through Joel and Erin you get up to $400 in Sailor Loot on top of any VV-run promo. Wave Season + First Mate booking = best of both.
