Razzle Dazzle is one of the most distinctive restaurants in the Virgin Voyages fleet — and one of the most misunderstood. Yes, it’s vegetarian-forward. No, that doesn’t mean you’ll go hungry if you eat meat. And yes, the brunch here is genuinely one of the best meals you can have on any Virgin Voyages sailing, regardless of your diet.

The interior alone is worth a visit: red and white stripes that make the space impossible to miss, a room that has its own unapologetic personality. Razzle Dazzle is Virgin Voyages’s most visually striking restaurant — bold by design, bold on the plate.
The Concept

Razzle Dazzle’s philosophy is vegetarian-forward but omnivore-friendly. The menu prioritizes plant-based creativity — showing what vegetables, grains, and legumes can do when treated with serious culinary attention — while ensuring meat eaters aren’t left without options. It’s the kind of restaurant that surprises skeptics and delights vegetarians in equal measure.
Each ship has its own evening variation of the Razzle Dazzle concept: Lucky Lotus (Chinese-inspired) on Scarlet Lady, American fusion on Valiant Lady and Resilient Lady, and Rojo (Spanish-inspired) on Brilliant Lady. Brunch, however, is a fleet-wide offering — and it’s exceptional.
Bottomless Brunch

This is where Razzle Dazzle truly shines. Alongside The Wake, Razzle Dazzle hosts one of only two bottomless brunches on any Virgin Voyages ship. The format includes up to two hours of bottomless brunch drinks — the signature Yas Queen cocktail, Bloody Marys, and more. It’s a great use of your Bar Tab, and a spectacular way to spend a sea day morning.
The brunch menu features both classic and creative options, with vegetarian and non-vegetarian choices throughout. The atmosphere is more relaxed than dinner service — looser, sunnier, perfect for long conversations over great food.
The Bar
Razzle Dazzle’s in-house bar is a draw on its own. Fresh-pressed juices and wellness tonics by day, a selection of clarified cocktails as the evening progresses. The cocktail program here is creative — worth exploring even if you just want a drink before dinner elsewhere.
How to Book
Dinner reservations open 45 days before sailing (60 days for suite guests). Brunch slots are available through the app as well — check your sea day schedule and book brunch before other Sailors do.
Insider Tips from Joel and Erin
- Brunch over dinner. If you only book Razzle Dazzle once, make it brunch. The bottomless drinks, the sea day energy, and the relaxed pace make it one of the best meals of any sailing.
- Don’t write it off because it’s vegetarian-forward. Some of Virgin Voyages’s most creative cooking happens in this kitchen. Give it a genuine try before you assume it’s not for you.
- Use your Bar Tab for bottomless brunch. Bar Tab credits apply to the bottomless brunch charge. Smart use of funds you already have.
